Not a single of those beautiful, vibrant, red and orange 5 petal flowers with the white silky-cotton inside, in sight. The elegant emblem of Guangzhou was still to bloom! She feels one with the tree, devoid of emotion, standing solitary in its own steed, on a no man’s land but she never mentions this to her younger sister.
What If
Black, brown and white skin tones were un-discriminatingly coated with a ghostly gray, as if reminding us that beneath it all, we are all humans. A city that never stops was ground to a halt, crippled.
